snippet: This layer represents E911 point locations for all MHPs with known flood hazard. All residential structure points were manually located on top of buildings (if necessary) so they could be joined with the building footprint layer. This allows for address and other attributes contained within this layer to be joined to footprints. Further, the "vacant" field represents residential points that did not have an associated structure when compared to VT Ortho imagery from 2022 and 2021. Note that all other/non-residential points remain. Most of these were not manually edited for location accuracy and are meant to be a general reference. Show the locations of Enhanced 9-1-1 Sites
