Attribute data was gathered from site managers, town recreation directors, state regional managers and planning officials.

Logical_Consistency_Report: The activities section (#5) has not been completed.

Completeness_Report:

The maps used to create TourismRecreation_RECSITES were generated with RF 5000 scale road centerline data, RF 100000 scale rivers data (DLGSWnn), town boundaries (BoundaryTown_TBHASH), and reference data such as VGIS layers EnvironMangareas_MANAREA and BasemapLandmarks_GEONAME.

Visual field inspections of some sites,(including verification of point locations) reference was made to New England River Basins Commission Shoreland Communities Access Points map. Also cross referenced to the Delorme Gazetteer, VAPCO campground listings and State Lands County Maps.

NOTE: Chittenden County regional planning commission developed the outdoor recreation coverage within the planning commision boundary. In some areas there were updates made with the method described above.
